Unauthorized debits- More data less money

COMPLAINT- My account debited with extra R200 which was not authorized by me. I was told by the consultant that ill get more data for less with no menrion of a R200 debit order on my existing contract . Mtn will be reported for *****!!! Ive had endless visits to Mtn stores to cancel this debits with no joy
