Unauthorized Debits! ****************!!! MTN again!

Disgusted by the service and procedures at MTN, being charged over 2k per month on contracts that were cancelled!!! No notification but unauthorized debits from MTN!!! Debited twice! December & January! Nobody can justify as to why! my total debit per month was to be R600, where on earth do you get your ridiculous figures from, please employ competent staff to deal with customers because this is *******!!! my ref number: *** which i called on the 01.12.2020.
