Unauthorized Debits

I've been having calling Mtn since October 2019 trying to resolve an issue that they started. Mtn decided to go into my account and debited funds without my authorization. I since reversed the funds and I've been calling them and they've been promising to get back to me and that never materialized. I called in 3 times today only to be welcomed by rude agents who were not keen to assist me. I spoke to a Nonhlanhla Zwane and Ayanda Khuzwayo. I don't know what's your criteria when recruiting but I can assure you that they were not interested to assist me. I've been with Mtn for more than 10 years and I'm not happy with the service and the attitude I've been getting. Can someone please get back to me ASAP.
