Unauthorized debits

My name is Nokwazi Ngobese my contract ended on the 4th May 2019 then I called for cancellation the number was disconnected but debits are still going off my account even after several time of disputing the debits another one just went off. Which means someone didn’t do they job didn’t cancel the account. This is frustrating hence that why didn’t renew the contract. This needs to be sorted because no longer receiving any benefits yet my money is taken which is ****************
