Unauthorized debits

I have been holding on the phone for over 20 minutes and decided to draft this message while holding. I have just noticed that there are unauthorized amounts going off since about Sept/Oct last year.

Last year I received a call from one of your outsourced agencies offering a data contract. The conversation was that I would get data topped up on my current sims (I have 2). Almost a week later I got a delivery of 2 separate sims. I immediately told the delivery guy I did not ask for 2 sims and he said I should call MTN. I called and was put through many departments and asked to not activate the sims and cancel said contracts. To my surprise when going through my statement I see I have been getting debited monthly for the sim cards that are not in use. I was asked to send the sims back to any MTN branch and I did exactly that. I do not understand how I am now getting debited.

I am still holding and nobody is picking up. This is absolutely unacceptable and I expect a response and explanation of this.
