Unauthorized debitorder deduction. *****ulent transaction. No response

They are deducting money from our account. We have reported this more than a year ago and following up monthly. Our bank can't stop the debit order as they change the amount every month. This is ***** and putting us under cash flow pressure as the amount increase every month. We have reported it to the police, standard bank *****, MTN ***** and still the deduction goes off every month!
