Unauthorized Debitorder

The contract for the mobile phone of my Wife for number *** is for R1,149 per month. The debit order is from my Bank Account. On 1 February 2020 they deduct the amount of R1,716.24 form my Bank Account without authority from me. I need to know what it was for and who gave them authority to deduct this amount from my Bank Account.
