Unauthorized debit you mtn

I have had enough of Mtn,I signed 24months and it ended in December however I asked mtn to cancel my contract.

Mtn agent confirmed a contract is been terminated however I'm still debited for something that I am not using.

I went to mtn store to confirm and they said contract is still active however a mtn agents on the phone confirmed my contract has been terminated. I have threw your mtn sim card and what's wrong with you.

If I knew I will come across with this setuation I would not have signed mtn contract.. Their agents refused to cancel my contract at the store to show how bad they are. I sent emails then and I was never never contacted by any agent. Please see my mtn ref: Immediately Termination [#***]
