Unauthorized debit orders

I cancelled my MTN contract 2 months back, at the end of march my account was debited . I contacted mtn to try resolve and they never responded. I reversed the debit order from my bank. Yesterday another deduction of R1308 was done . Can you please cancel these debit orders as my contract was canceled 2 months ago.
