Unauthorized debit orders
I cancelled my contract with MTN in July and I informed them that I am not interested in extending the contract, till this date they still debit my account without my authority and when I call the call center no one bothers to pick up the call I am on hold for hours waiting my airtime. When I reverse the payment I am harrassed with SMS yet when I call and email no one bothers to respond to my emails. MTN please refund my money and stop debuting my account please.

17 Oct 2022, 09:395 month later I am still being debited for an unauthorized contract...have million emails with the retention team and customers service and thousands calls with the useless number 135 and no one is able to assist.
