Unauthorized debit orders

Worst experience received ever.

After having paid off my contract in April Debit Order was automatically stopped, but all of a sudden my account is being debited, forth month now. I called in to find out about this spoke to very arrogant and rude consultant by the name Ravleen who told me I'm paying for the data I'm receiving, FOR A SIM CARD THAT I LOST MORE THAN 2 YEARS AGO. Pathetic treatment... I want my money paid back to my account
