Unauthorized debit order for contract that expired

My Mtn contract expired last year July 2020 already and still Mtn is charging me and debiting my account.I emailed them on numerous occasions to cancel my contract but to to avail. I am not even using the sim card.I am not getting through to the call centre. They have been debiting since last year July for not using their service.
