Unauthorized debit order

I visited the MTN canal walk branch in February 2022 to asked the gentleman to cancel a usage limit so that I receive no more data and no debit orders go off my account at the end of the contract. To only find out later that this limit was not disabled. MTN has so far taken 2 debit orders off my account and will not refund me. I advise that going to a branch is pointless as they are quite useless. And their customer care line eats all your airtime. If you guys are ever called by MTN for a promotional packages, I suggest you think twice before saying yes. They will put unauthorized packages or debit orders on your account since they don't fully explain the promotion over the phone. That's unprofessional and cheating the customer. I DEMAND a refund, unless MTN agrees with the consultant that **** to me in February.
