Unauthorized Debit Order

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unauthorized debit from my account. On 25 November 2025, an amount of R843.75 was debited with the reference MTN BA***51125. I have not signed any contract, nor have I authorized any debit order with MTN. This transaction was done without my consent, which raises serious concerns about the misuse of my personal information.
