Unauthorized Debit on account for 7 months

MTN Head Office - Debiting my fathers account for 7 month for monies that is not theirs, The Contract is Done and upgraded. You cannot take money for 2 contracts if we only have 1 !!!!! We stood for 6 hours to receive assistance, guaranteed that its been resolved and now we been debited again!!!
