Unauthorized debit from account- Hideous service

<p>MTN has been debiting my account for 7 months R382.99.. How outrageous is this???? I do not have the handset returned the box with everything as is within the 7 days as stipulated as I did not want the contract. The cellphone was already collected a week after it was handed in at MTN Zevenwacht mall as I was informed by Mobi Cell consultant. I’ve called the call centre for assistance about the money taken from my account each month but I’m sent from pillar to post. MTN please return my hard earned cash for a handset/contract I do not have. You are contravening the Consumer Protection Act!!!</p> <p> </p>
