Unauthorized Debit (Contract)

has recently started debiting my account for a contract that I never took with them. I have enquired tirelessly on who took the MTN contract for a phone I am not aware of. I have made several calls with MTN but I am not getting any assistance on the matter. I have opted to take this matter with police as this is *****. I have exhausted all possible avenues to try and get this matter resolved with no assistance.
