Unauthorized contracts
Today (04/10/2018) I received an SMS from mtn saying I was preapproved for a deal and one of the consultants will call me shortly to finalize everything . Now to my horror I never app**** for anything at mtn... never received a call from mtn offering me any deal,all of a sudden I am preapproved.. so I tweeted the mtn service and granted I got a response and was told there is an open application with my Id Number, I told them to terminate the application since I never app****.
My biggest worry and concern is that how sure am I that month end you guys won't deduct money from my account for a contract i never agreed to? And why is it that mtn is the only network provider that has a problem of contracts being issued using people's ****** identities? Something is not right... Please do better. And please terminate my open application...
I am frustrated and annoyed at mtn.

I have gone to Twitter, they promised that sales is busy with the termination of the ********** application. I hope come month end no money will be deducted from my account for something I didn't apply and I have let you guys know way in advance. Please terminate the ********** application and remove my id Number from your system ??
