Unauthorized contract upgrades
Having 3 MTN contracts for over 7 years I was quite disappointed to learn that two of my contracts have been **********ly upgraded.<br> <br> What makes this so disturbing is the fact that MTN will not even allow you to do a sim swap without your green bar-coded ID book, so how did they authorise these upgrades?????<br> <br> MTN I would really like your feedback on this matter, as I want this matter investigated and all amounts billed due this ***** be refunded.
