Unauthorized Contract Upgrade and Theft

I discovered that my account was upgraded to a new contract without my consent or authorization. Even more distressing is that phones were taken as part of this unauthorized upgrade. This clear case of *****ulent activity has caused me significant distress and inconvenience.

MTN is known to use fingerprint authentication to authorize upgrades done in-store, making this situation even more alarming. The fact that an upgrade and theft of phones occurred without my knowledge strongly suggests this could be an inside job.

All I did was call MTN to inquire about when my contract was due for an upgrade, and the next thing I know, my account was upgraded, and phones were taken without any notice or consent from me. This is not only unacceptable but also raises serious concerns about the security and integrity of MTN's processes.

I strongly urge MTN to investigate this matter thoroughly, recover the ****** devices, and implement stricter security measures to ensure this doesn't happen to other customers. As a long-time customer, this experience has left me feeling violated and betrayed by a company I once trusted.

Until this issue is fully resolved and the ****** phones are returned, I cannot in good faith recommend MTN to others. I sincerely hope MTN will take immediate and serious action to address this issue and prevent such incidents in the future.
