Unauthorized contract renewal!

MTN SA used a contact centre called Empowered Outsource Solutions to call me and try renew my contract for my router. I clearly stated that I do not want to renew this contract but it was renewed anyway. Now they claim I’m behind on payments for something that I didn’t even authorized and handed me over to attorneys. The gateway branch said they couldn’t assist me and couldn’t contact the contact centre either I had to do that on my own. When I tried to contact this contact centre none of their details work. MTN has done this to many other clients.
