Unauthorized cancellation FEE of R9000

My co mpany decided to port my cellphone from my prvaite capacity to a company account with Cell C. They were running with things from their side, and before I knew it, I had not even spoken to MTN, had not given any authorization to cancel and I received a woping cancellation invoice of R9000. They have taken instruction from a 3rd party without once speaking directly to me. I am getting no joy in gaining feedback of how this could have been done. I will absolutely not accept a cancellation fee of R9000 that I did not authorize.
