unauthorized billing on data
Mtn has billed me R8000.00 for data charges, my limit on my account is R650.00 a month. Mtn had increased my limit without consent from me, i have made numerous calls to the customer care and they are not willing to assist me.<br> i am a customer with MTN for 20 Years and they have cancelled my contract and over billed me

Kindly note that a request ref REQ:*** was logged on the 2016/01/19 for investigation on the matter, and was resolved on the 2016/01/20. There was no usage limit set on the account therefore charges are valid. We have sent a request to our billing department to email you the full URL report for the data usage ref REQ:***
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
