Unauthorised upgrade by MTN/Mondo-No help given
I would give MTN no stars at all if I could. I received notification that my contract has been upgraded. I never authorised an upgrade. MTN blamed Mondo. I was assisted at Mondo by Pinky L who sent an email confirming that the upgrade was reversed and that the data contract was back on month to month. Tonight I received another email thanking me for upgrading! from MTN I did not upgrade anything. I want no contract at all with MTN. I did not upgrade anything and want every deal with MTN/Mondo cancelled at no cost because I have written confirmation from PinkyL at Mondo that the unauthorised upgrade was reversed. I do not even want a month to month with MTN. I did not authorise any upgrade. Barbara Wade

23 Nov 2023, 19:25Got in touch with Pinky L at Mondo this morning who confirmed there is no upgrade from their side. She has been very helpful and sent email to confirm what she said. I went to MTN today and canceled the contract. I want no further emails indicating that MTN have upgraded something when I did not agree to it. Note MTN I have canceled the contract which was month to month with you.
