UNAUTHORISED, UNKNOWN EXPENSE ON MTN ACCOUNT

MTN keeps on charging for a MTN Choice Flexi line that I have NEVER used and don't even know about. I have contacted them 3 times now in order to get this reversed and canceled and now again, it is on my account. How do I get this sorted out? I don't see why I should pay for something I don't have, used or authorized. ***
