UNAUTHORISED/ UNAPPROVED DEBIT ORDERS

Unauthorised debit orders have taken place by MTN and REWARDS/ MONDO. I have disputed any debit orders by these entities because I have never agreed and or signed any documents that I want any MTN product/ services. This bad business practice is going to affect my credit records and or reputation. MTN Sandton Branch told me that a call centre agent from REWARDS/ MONDO ***/ ***) by the name of Phumelele Simamane made ********** activities and or false sales reports. Both entities must send clear-off letters that I didn't take any of MTN products for my names to reflect good credit status records.
