unauthorised transaction
An unauthorised transaction was processed on my contract account on 20 July 2015 ( Me2u - POSTPAID TO PREPAID TRANSFER - 0 R2,288.89 ) . I did not register for this service nor did I use it. Mtn cannot provide me with the contact number where the transfer went. I tried calling the call centre numerous times but the agents drop my calls. its frustrating as this is amount is too much. Can you please assist me urgently.
