Unauthorised Subscription to VRPartyHouse

I was automatically subscribed for a service that I never signed up for called , VRPartyHouse, on 19 July at R5 per day. This seems to be a big problem as another user on Hellopeter complained about the exact same problem with VRPartyHouse this week. The MTN helpline was unable to explain to me how I was signed up, nor were they able to provide a refund of the amounts charged. All they could do was block this content going forward, .
