Unauthorised simple swap
At about 10H30 I received a massage saying that a swap has been requested on my contact number of which I didn't request. Within a minute I was offline, tried to use a different cellphone to contact MTN without getting any help. My contact number is now being used by someone else for purposes only them knows and can be used to advance ******** activities. I need urgent action in stopping whoever has my number as I am out of service now.
