Unauthorised service agreements and billings
I took out a contract phone with MTN for a monthly fee of R69 in February 2015. However since the commencement of this contract, MTN has been billing me R600 and some change for other additional services which I never agreed to. I have called MTN customer care numerous times but none of the consultants wanted to help me with this matter because they know that this is breach of contract. Instead they all give me the round about and tell me different stories. I even asked for my invoices to be emailed to me but even that they wouldn't do. To this day MTN has billed me approximately R5400 for a stupid cheap Nokia Asha phone. It is such a shame that this is how MTN treats it's customers and I regret taking out this contract phone. I want my money back that was ********ly deducted from my bank account for these unauthorised service agreements and I want this contract to be cancelled ASAP. MTN has failed me, to say the least and I feel ******!!!!

Kindly be advised that this contract is 07*****814 is R64.92 excluding Vat includinhg Vat is R74.00 but the reason it will go above R74.00 is call charges that are made from it. There no invoice where you were charged R600 or more on this contract 07*****814 the highest was R160.00 because of call charges. I will request the Billing department to email you your statement reference number REQ:***.

There no invoice where you were charged R600 or more on this contract 07*****814 the highest was R160.00 because of call charges.
