Unauthorised or requested WASP stuff from MTNPlay
How is it possible that I was subscribed to not 1, but 2 WASP services from MTNPlay, when I never accepted any such application. There was no sms confirmation, there was no opt out sms with codes that worked. How is it possible for MTN to attach such services, which could have cost me money, which I didn't subscribe to? This needs to be investigated, and I want to know why and how this happened.

I want to know how I got subscribed in the first place, when I didn't accept any offers to subscribe.
The problem is that you don't listen to your customers, or you don't understand their questions. Instead you send boiler plate responses which is not acceptable.
