Unauthorised mymtn TV subscriptions
I was woken this morning with an SMS on my tablet this morning which reads: Yello! Thank you for subscribing to African Animation Network TV at R2.02/day. 1st day is Free. Watch now: http://bit.ly/2jO5IIY . To cancel dial *464*970#. Call 135 for help. Ts&Cs mtn.co.za
I was woken with this sms as I was last weekend as well: Yello! You are already subscribed to Goal TV at R3/day.To cancel dial *464*970#. Please dial *123# for an overview of MTN Subscription Services.
I did not subscribe either time and I cancelled immediately on both occasions.
How can I block mtn from subscribing my number to these services?
Can I report these companies to mtn or must I open a case at SAPS?
