Unauthorised Insurance Deductions After Contract Ended

I cancelled my MTN device insurance immediately after finishing my contract, yet three months later MTN is still deducting money from my account. Each time I call, I’m told the matter has been “escalated to the relevant department,” but nothing gets resolved and the deductions continue. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable, as I did not authorize these ongoing charges. Customers should not have to repeatedly follow up for something as simple as cancelling a service.
