unauthorised deductions ftom my bank account
Since 2013 I am being debited for a phone that was never in my possession and was asked to mail a affidavit stating my complaint but I am still waiting on a response for more then two months now and whenever I enquire about it I'm told its still pending. I want my money and travelling expenses for travelling up and down to MTN .
