UNAUTHORISED DEDUCTIONS!!
There are unauthorised deductions on my contract and the call centre is closed until further notice so i cant have them stopped or reversed.<br> <br> Please can you assist me.<br> Regards

According to our records, you are being billed for Data Usage.
Data usage is billed in volume (how much of data used), and not duration(how long you are connected for). Please make sure also that when you are done using data, you switch off your Mobile Data to avoid automatic data updates or connections.
We would like to assure you that it is certainly not our intention to dissatisfy our customers and again apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
