Unauthorised deductions
<p>I had 3 contracts with MTN. All were cancelled on due dates. Therefore I have no more accounts with MTN.</p> <p>However I still find a monthly deduction of R125.00. I have no idea why or for what. I have sent numerous e-mails and the reply even quoted a number I never had. No joy. I tried to phone MTN but no way can I get to talk to anyone. This has been going on now for 3 months. This is a reason why I will certainly not recomend MTN to anyone.</p>
