Unauthorised deduction

I(Tsholofelo Modirwa) just received my statement- (***) and what a shock I received, According to you my contract ended on the 10th of July, so from the 10th to date you billed me R1166.92 from R350 that's crazy, you don't even have the courtesy to send me sms or email to let me know that my contracted ended because you wanted to make money from for two weeks that nonsense. Please sort this mess out or else I will never take any contract with you guys . You reaping people off, what did you guys do to let me know that my contract ended, I'm willing to go to the Ombudsman.
