Unauthorised debits and delayed refund following ruled dispute MTN and Selwyn Naidoo. Unresolved matter with MTN regarding misrepresentation, unauthorised deductions, and delayed refund. Iwas contacted by consultant name Selwyn Naidoowho presented a deal under the impression that it was an offer for long term beind a MTN customer where it was in fact a very expensive early upgrade.
