Unauthorised debits

My account has been debited from MTN for the past 4months even after I have sent the required documents to your ***** department. I have incurred more fees this month as my other debits didn't go through!!

My account was debited with over 9000 rand!!!

The ***** department promised to have this resolved in 4weeks, it's been 4 months now.

Now I am glad I have never ever used MTN as a network service provider. You are opressors *****ing my money!!
