Unauthorised debit order (********** account)

There was a ********** account opened in MTN using my identity since May I have been reporting tha same thing and I am not getting any help. This is affecting my credit scoring. Yesterday was the worst when the deducted my account with R96 000 like seriously? How come MTN on this day and age does not have Debicheck?.
