Unauthorised debit order caused me bak charges
HI,<br> <br> I have an arrangement with MTN to pay my debt and requested they do debit order for the last day of the month. Only for them to debit my account finding no funds and causing bank charges due to insufficient funds in my account. <br> <br> Please ask them to cancel that debit order and send me banking details and I will go to my bank and instate a stop order to pay them every month as we had initially agreed.<br> <br> Thanks.
