Unauthorised Debit Order

I am writing this review to express how frustrated I am with MTN.my account is with their legal team vericred which I have made arrangements with . And I’ve stuck to my arrangement and made payments successfully. But no they go onto making additional debit orders not arranged neither approved by me … when I call them they take me pillar to post and make me hold on the call until airtime runs out , busy saying they are referring my call. I’ve used R80 airtime already with no proper feedback or response. As for Vericred they hang up my calls when I call them, when I call back they do not answer

I hope this matter be resolved urgently, as they’ve debited all my salary after a successful payment as per an arrangement made.
