Unauthorised Debit Order

I cancelled my contract with MTN last month (December 25) after I was given a qoute for early cancellation fee. I paid the amount and was told by MTN that I would not have to make further payments.

Well today MTN debited my account with R3066 that I was not informed by before hand. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement.
