UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER
My Nashua Mobile account was transferred to MTN when Nashua Mobile closed. MTN proceeded to debit my bank account without my authorisation. I then called the bank to cancel the debit order, as i had ALREADY paid the account. They are now trying to charge me a fee for a bounced debit order. This is completely unacceptable!!!

Kindly note that the debit order submissions are sent to the bank on the 20th each month and your payment reflects as the 24 February after the submission to the bank.
Currently your payment type is cash, therefore payments are due 21 days from date of invoice.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
