Unauthorised debit order
I had a contract with MTN fpr past 10 years and dicided to not renew it after it expired. They still debiting my account and when I enquired about it all of a sudden my account was behind. When I cancedlled it in MTN mall of africa it was up today. I called MTN contract reference number ********** 78 and more than anything else consultant was noy listerning to me explaining but forcing her way. Data is a big issue too with MTN.
MTN look inti my account and credit my debit order back as contract was cancelled end September.

The debit order requested on the 29-9-2018 was for your August invoice.
The debit order requested for 25-10-2018 was for your September invoice.
The system bill the account in arrears.
The debit order is valid.
No more debit orders will be requested from next month, the account is cancelled.
