Unauthorised debit

I received an email from you confirming that my contract would come to an end on 30/07/2024.

my contract is paid in advance and runs from the 12th of each month. I paid you R945 on June 25th which was supposed to run on from July 12th to August 12th. you then required another payment on July 25th which was not due to due as my contract would not be running from the 1st of August.

You have since debited me despite the fact that I cancelled my debit order with you guys. You debited this amount in August. I’d like to have my money refunded.
