UNAUTHORISED DEBIT

I had an account with you however payment stopped due to unemployment.

I have made an arrangement to pay the arrears with SAYA however MTN on 2 occasions for this month deducted my account. The debit orders are ging to return back as unpaid as I don't have the funds.

why are you guys deducting my account without authorisation!!!

I NEED SOMEONE TO CALL ME BACK ASAP
