Unauthorised Debit

********** activity on my account!!! MTN is the worst and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! I had a SIM card contract with them beginning of August I couldn’t find the specific router even in their MTN stores then had to cancel the contract and it’s was within 7 day they were also aware of that. Paste two months I have been paying for something am not using I don’t know what kind of contract that takes 2 months to be cancelled 😒 but they promised that I will get my money after the cancellation.They then debit my account without authorisation R918 I don't know what is for and I haven’t received my refund for past 3 now.
