Unauthorised data bundle loaded on account

Unauthorized data bundle loaded on my account - MTN just says I opted YES on a POP-UP message on my phone. <br> Logged a complaint - just to receive feedback - originally supp**** that I opted YES on POP-UP message on my phone. I NEVER RECEIVED such a POP-UP message.<br> REF NR - was logged already on 13/09/20115 with NO feedback.<br> it's a billing query - I've tried phoning the billing department only to HOLD for 20min.<br> This is SO frustrating.<br> Data bundle was loaded on my account - JENGA SERVICE FEE - BD RECURRING 20GB BUNDLE - I Was charged nearly R2000.97 in my invoice - debited from my account on 07/08/2015<br> and again debited from my account 07/09/2015 R1051.75 also for BD Recurring 20GB Bundle.<br> I did not authorize this -
