Unauthorised contract upgrade

My contract has been renewed without my permission. Went to a branch in Kempton but they were unable to assist they also had an issue contacting customer service. I have now been holding for 10 minutes on 135, no luck. I believe MTN has a new system, well system is broken MTN.
